*2 For DC (dendritic cell) therapy, additional artificial antigen fees apply. The cost is ¥44,000 per antigen type. Specific antigens such as PepTivator WT-1, MUC1, and NY-ESO-1 each cost ¥66,000. These use MACS® GMP PepTivator® WT1, MUC1, and NY-ESO-1 from Miltenyi Biotec GmbH (Germany). For adult T-cell leukemia (ATL) DC therapy, the artificial antigen Tax costs ¥66,000. Additional related tests include HTLV-1 proviral DNA quantification at ¥42,900, HAS-Flow 3-color at ¥55,000, and HAS-Flow 5-color at ¥88,000.

* Even if the extracted nucleic acid (DNA) does not meet the quality standards, it may still be possible to proceed with the test upon request, depending on the circumstances.
However, in such cases, there is a rare possibility that the test may have to be discontinued during the analysis process.
In such an event, the testing fee will not be refundable, and the full cost will be charged.
